The Bank was established in Zurich in 1984 under the Swiss Banking Law by the First International Bank of Israel Ltd., Israel's largest privately-owned bank. FIBI bank Switzerland Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the First International Bank of Israel Ltd.
